All of Norvado's core services are covered by the Discover Pass and can be tried for three months free of charge. Our core services include:
For existing customers, the Discover Pass can be used when adding new, eligible services to your account. The Norvado services you already subscribe to will not qualify for the Discover Pass.
You can redeem your Norvado Discover Pass through December 31, 2025.
No, the Discover Pass can be used only once and is limited to one coupon per household.
To use your Discover Pass, visit our website and add the services you would like to receive to your cart. Once you're ready to check out, enter the promo code when prompted to apply your Discover Pass and recieve 3 months free (for qualifying services). It's as easy as that!
With the Discover Pass offer, there are no strings attached. If you decide to cancel your service after the three-month trial period, you are free to do that without penalty. If you keep your Norvado service beyond the three-month period, you will be billed the applicable rate.
Norvado Discover Pass Terms & Conditions:
Offer valid through December 31, 2025. Limit one (1) coupon per location. Customers will be automatically billed the stated monthly amount at the start of their 4th month of service. Service may be canceled at any time.
This special offer is available to any new (not having had active service in the last 12-months), residential customers. Customers that have been disconnected for non-pay are not eligible to redeem this offer. Existing residential customers may redeem this offer when adding a new, eligible service to their account.
Certain add on products and services are excluded from the free trial. These services may be purchased during the trial period. Standard pricing applies.
Excluded products and services include: set top boxes, Carbonite backup service, static IP addresses, Microsoft Exchange services, SecureIT Plus, premium channels, Cloud + Whole Home DVR, and any extra cameras or add-ons associated with SmartHome Security.
Long Distance calling capability is activated with each phone line activation. Unless the Total Phone package is taken or subscriber requests to block long distance calling, any long distance minutes used during the promotional time will be billed on a per minute basis at $0.11 per minute.
Norvado service may not be available in certain geographic areas due to bandwidth restrictions. A minimum of 20Mbps internet service is required for the PickME plan. PickME plans are not eligible for seasonal downgrade.
This promotion cannot be combined with other special offers unless specifically stated otherwise.
Installation and material charges may apply. New internet, TV and/or phone service activations qualify for free standard installation (up to $200 value). Services performed on equipment installed beyond free standard installation value (over $200) will be billed on a time and materials basis on first month’s statement. Please note, installation of customer provided devices are not included in the standard installation credit.
Professional installation of the router is included with Apex WIFI service. Installation covers the time and materials required to run a cable from the ONT to the Apex router in an optimized location within the premise. Installation of the mesh extender(s) and/or additional networking will be billed on a time and materials basis. The technician’s time will be billed in 30-minute increments at a rate of $85 per hour.
Upon cancellation, customers will be billed for any unreturned Norvado owned equipment. Unreturned equipment charges can be found here.
